Myodipine^® (amlodipine) is a calcium channel blocker which relaxes blood vessels to make blood flow easier, and is used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension), chest pain (angina), kidney problems, and other conditions related to coronary heart disease.

Myodipine^® (amlodipine) generally takes somewhere between 4 and 10 days after commencing the drug to reach an antihypertensive effect.
